Join the Community
The Maranatha Community is a scattered community of thousands
of Christian believers active in all the churches throughout
the country and beyond. We pray and work for UNITY, RENEWAL
and HEALING. We share a passion for unity and reconciliation
between Christians; we yearn for the renewal of faith in our
land and our churches; we believe the healing ministry should
be central to the work of the church.
We have been given three further words – SIMPLICITY, POVERTY, and URGENCY. We are called to live and speak the simple Gospel. As pilgrims, travelling light and bound together by the love of Jesus, we walk a path of spiritual poverty and we claim nothing more than to be little brothers and sisters of Jesus. We sense a great urgency in the face of the crisis in the churches and in society. We hold fast to the non-negotiables of the Christian faith. We are essentially a praying , listening and loving community. |
